Sharp Knees

If you are looking for one of the hottest unsigned acts in the UK at the moment, then look no further. As Sharp Knees are it. Brains for Breakfast is an acoustic pop/rock singer/songwriter from the Midlands in England. The songs are very well thought out both musically and lyrically and it's hard to imagine that these are made by just one individual, as they are some of the best acoustic songs i've heard from an unsigned, or hell even a signed artist. The Sound of The Ladies is the work of Martin Austwick, singer-songwriter, sometime producer and quantum physicist*. The Sound of The Ladies have recorded 5 EPs: Live in Gipsy Hill (2009),  Scrape The Paint (2008),  Rosebud (2007) and Tissue of Lies (2006), and the science-themed “…Some songs about Space” (2009).

His song "Massive" has been nominated for the CMT listeners choice awards, and the song is a great flagship for what Freddy is capable of as a songwriter. This female fronted (Katy Jackson) Rock/Pop band are due to set the world on fire! They hail from London, England and are a highly energized, song stomping, guitar driven, powerhouse of catchy music.

What can i say, one of my favourite bands, and i got to speak to Brendan Brown, Yeah!!!
